Cut Flower Industry Philippines 2022

Starting from Covid last year, 2020, the flower industry's growth has been slow due to people's focus not on Basic things like food, medicine, etc.  

The year 2020 February was great due to Valentine's season, but during Mother's day, flower delivery was challenging due to the limitation of logistics and warning from the health department. We saw that many flower growers were demotivated to grow more flowers due to the seriously interrupted distribution channel.

The year 2021 did not show much growth in the flower industry in the Philippines. The people were conservative, and the spending power of the people was limited to Basic things.
